The Introductory Session is the first of a series of classes. It is taught in a small group setting or one-on-one. The following eight sessions are individual follow-ups between you and your practitioner which occur over the course of one year. The Follow-ups are approximately 60 to 90 minutes long.

- Introductory Session: $75
- Supplies: $75 plus shipping
- All Follow-ups : $75 per session
- Pregnancy Evaluation: Free
- Charts after one year: $7 each
- Stickers after one year: $7 per packet
